Takako, chef and owner, is the heart and the mind behind
every recipe of Gluten Free T's Kitchen.
We are the first restaurant in Asia certified as a Validate Gluten Free Safe Spot from GIG.
Menu
In our kitchen we use only ingredients that don’t contain any wheat, barley or rye.
But some ingredients made in the factory which may also contain wheat in the same factory.
